Order Processing

Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 7-14 business days, unless stated otherwise. We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during busy times, such as product launches and holidays, orders will take more time to get through. Launch and holiday processing times may take up to 21 business days.

We only offer TRACKED shipping at the moment. All orders will be provided with a tracking number in the shipment notifications that can be tracked using the AUSPOST website. Due to this, we also require an email be provided when placing the order, phone number is optional but optimal for updates and tracking

Estimated delivery time for Tracked shipping is 4-7 business days within Australia,(varies depending on location).

Why only tracked shipping?

We find that offering a tracking number with orders improves customer satisfaction. Tracked shipping is also faster than untracked shipping, so the wait is shorter. Many of our products are bulky and cannot be shipped in a standard letter mail, thus opting for Tracked shipping for all orders helps to provide a smoother shopping experience for customers and also helps provide a smoother order processing time on our end.
